Adult Choir
The St. James Choir is an integral part of our worship at St. James. Our Adult Choir is composed of 12 to 16 dedicated vocalists who join together to make a joyful noise to the Lord and support the congregation in song. Parishioners who can read music or who simply love to sing are warmly invited to:
– Lead the congregation in the hymns appointed for each service
– Sing offertory anthems
– Provide cantor leadership for the Psalms
– Offer other musical prayers and responses
The Adult Choir rehearses during the school year on Wednesday evenings. Please contact the church office at 423.638.6583 for more information about participating in the choir.
