Our Bishop, the Rt. Rev. Brian L. Cole visited St. James Church in Greeneville on December 2, 2018, the First Sunday of Advent 2018. Bishop Cole was preacher and celebrant at both worship services. Fr. Ken & Deacon Cathy Johnston assisted at the service. Between the services, Jim Harb gave a presentation about the fair-trade olive from the West Bank of Palestine.
We were also pleased to welcome our retired priest associate, the Rev. Michael Doty, who crafted a new crozier for our bishop and presented it to him in honor and thanksgiving for the clergy and people of St. James Episcopal Church Greeneville, TN.
