Fr. Saunders earned his Doctor of Ministry degree and graduated on May 14, 2021 from Bexley Hall Seabury Western Theological Seminary Federation in Chicago, Illinois. His thesis title: “Keeping the Covenant” deals with developing best practices in church Human Resources.
